ADVISORY BOARD
The Management team of AETHEON CAPITAL is actively supported by high level advisory board, which comprises exceptionally-well positioned and honored personalities of economic, business and public networks across the targeted regions. High standing Advisory Board provides the management with extensive intelligence and business reach, which are imperative to access the key opportunities throughout the target territory. Advisory Board oversees and advises on the investment strategy and investment process as well as the individual business cases and respects best corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility and sustainability principles.
The Board is coordinated by Coordinator
and Secretary of the Board, who oversees the proper and effective function of the Advisory Board, prepares the agenda in close cooperation with the Management, schedules and leads the Board’s meetings, and also oversees fluent information flow between the Management, the Advisory Board and other key constituencies.

ERIK WEBB DEMPSEY
Mr. Erik Webb Dempsey serves as the Coordinator and Secretary of the Advisory Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AETHEON CAPITAL CE a.s. – the CEE regional operating entity of the Fund Management Company.
Erik Webb Dempsey, has 12-years continuous presence in the Czech Republic and over 8-years active experience in the Real Estate market of Prague including 3-years within the investments department of the international real estate company, Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Dempsey also served 3-years as CFO of an internet and hotel franchise company with extensive international scope where he amassed a great deal of experience with intercorporate financing, multinational corporate structure and transfer pricing issues.
Mr. Dempsey is a recognized private equity industry expert on the current and specific market conditions and is especially talented at sourcing and/or negotiating “off-market” deals in the area of real estate related transactions and developments on behalf of clients. He has closed multiple major transactions for bulk residential purchases in the region.
Mr. Dempsey holds a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University and an MBA from the prestigious University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He also lectures on finance to graduate level students at the University of North Virginia campus in Prague.
